That’s a fine philosophy you have! It’s easy to overlook, and not particularly appealing if you stop at “Beer Float” and don’t realize it’s flavored lambic. But after my first taste, I consider it a sin that I haven’t found them offered anywhere else.
Parc on Rittenhouse Square. Definitely a little pricey, but it’s a great spot for people watching if you can get outdoor seating (which is at a premium on nice days). And even if inside, it has a really nice architectural feel.
