I don’t know how anyone could watch the trailer and thought House of Gucci was going to be a good movie. It looks bad but in a fun camp sort of way.

It really does work on women with a lot of internalized misogyny, though - this is where the “pick-me” stereotype (in today’s parlance) comes from. It worked on me when I was in high school/college.
