Well the butter separates from milk?something? when you over whip cream (damn you cupcakes,damn you!) ,but for me cream is milky,icecreamy goodnes and butter is just fat.(flavor wise) Would the butter coffe even turn lighter? And I don’t think is would mix well,if you ever mixed oil/fat and water the fat just floats…

Well butter is like 90%fat and cream is 30-35% fat.They are not the same thing. But they should put cream in their coffe cause it is wonderfull.
