That depends. Can you divide by 2?

Did Terry say “folks”? I thought it was “in and among floats” since he was talking about a parade. But either way, it’s such a great line.
Two answers:
The article said it was a comparison to sales of the same week in 2019, so that one is probably just due to oak milk being much more popular now than it was a year ago. I don’t think I had ever heard of oat milk a year ago. Meat alternatives have also gotten more popular.
My boy Maahes is hoping things start going better for you.
About six years ago I took a cooking class in Italy. The instructor only taught dishes that were authentic to that particular region of Italy (Puglia). And he talked a little about how the cuisine evolved over time, but he also scorned anything that wasn’t authentic, which seemed contradictory to me. Tomatoes aren’t…
Unless you plan to eat a lot of meals made by elderly women, I think you’ll be fine.
I’ve worked in three kitchens (none of them chains). The first one, a cocktail bar, gave a free shift drink of anything on the menu up to $10, and just pay the difference if it’s more, then half off drinks after that. Back of house also got free food. The second, they just handed you a can of cheap beer while you…
Great advice. I really want a strawberry rhubarb pie now. Spring can’t get here fast enough.
What the fuck
I’m really going to miss this show.
Hmm, let’s see. Should I buy a 24 pack for $13 or two 12 packs for $12? That’s a tough one.

I’ve made Chef John’s lamb borek a few times, and it’s awesome. Even the times the phyllo doesn’t cooperate and I have to patch it up, it still comes out great.
Yeah, I think Ken knew it that it would make no difference whether he bet nothing or everything, since James was definitely going to bet everything, so his only hope of winning that round was if James got the answer wrong.
Some brands like Swiss Miss have powdered milk in them because you’re supposed to add water. Some brands, like Sillycow and I believe Starbucks do not, so you really shouldn’t make those with water because it’ll taste like crap, even though those two would probably be near the top of my list when made with milk.
Thank you. I haven’t made hot chocolate with water in ages, because milk is just so much better. I had some of that Sillycow brand (which ranked 10th), and I though it was great made with milk. Although I had the salted caramel flavor, which probably helped too. Ghirardelli is also much better with milk.
Agree 100%. That show was criminally underrated (and it didn’t help the network aired them way out of order). And Luther is just the best. My favorite line of his is “That is a fragile plum.” His delivery of that line just kills me every time.
Same here. I did a little digging and found that you can sort of get the bundle with ad-free Hulu. You just pay for Hulu separately, and they’ll give you a $6 credit off the bundle price (which is the cost of Hulu with ads). Which means you pay $7 for Disney plus and ESPN. Problem is I don’t give a shit about sports,…
Another weird little British thing I’ve noticed is that whenever anyone uses anything spicy, they just call it “chili.” Like, what kind? Are they using actual chili peppers or a ground spice like cayenne or maybe hot sauce? Just seems odd to me that they aren’t more specific since different kinds of peppers impart…
Yeah, when Prue said there was too much garlic, I said to my husband “I highly doubt that.”
