Well, it’s not the worst interpretation of The Puppy Who Lost His Way I’ve ever heard, but it’s close.

” Sanders said. “And I find that very startling from a group of people that claim to be the champions of women empowerment.”
Manning’s about the only one in that trifecta of fuckery worthy of any kind of respect. She fucked with OPSEC something serious, and definitely violated her oath of service to the military, but at least she had the courage of her convictions required to face the consequences of her actions.
Snowden leaked his info to…
“I think people like Edward Snowden, Chelsea Manning are heroes,” she said. What a breath of fresh air!!
Brown called Mayock a “cracker” and unleashed a barrage of “cuss words” during the altercation
This is exactly what I was afraid of after the double-doink happened: Nagy had a scapegoat to distract from his horrible offensive play-calling in the divisional round that necessitated a game-winning FG to begin with, and that he wouldn’t learn anything because he could just blame Parkey. And he hasn’t learned a…
I really love the English Premier League on the weekends, I’m always up early anyway so that really suits me and I can just have some decent soccer on during my morning coffee. The older I get it, the less bandwidth I have for sports, it seems, I seem to only have capacity for so much besides just casual following…
Not just an American vice! I’m in a fantasy league that’s mostly Europeans, and one of them has a ridiculous track record of drafting players who are 1. already on IR 2. already suspended or 3. have already lost their jobs.
This doesn’t happen if Gruden isn’t sitting on a 10 year contract. 10 FUCKING YEARS! No incentive to win for the next decade. Not that he was going to win, but why bother even trying? This is performative coaching at best. FUCK
Thank you. That was exactly where my question was that wasn’t clear in the article. I think it’s absolutely fair to compensate in line with experience (and a scary, slippery slope to violate that for ‘optics’ reasons. With what you said then she was right to be outraged and walk away. It should have been offered…
I was going to try and play Devil’s Advocate based on experience (hey, it counts!), but, on IMDB, Adele actually has more writing and producing credits than Peter, although her writing is primarily TV, Peter only has 3 screenplays to his credit to her 14 - so that explanation is actually NOT A THING!
Trying to justify it by saying these are “industry-standard established ranges based on experience” is especially fucked-up, given the strength of their resumes. He had one movie screenwriting credit and one “story by” credit prior to Crazy Rich Asians. She’d been writing for television for two decades. It’s a flimsy…
I’m stunned that she is still in this race. After all the crap the Republicans get for their thoughts and prayers response to all the mass shootings, she should know better.
Being Ultra to me just means you’re a cunt who loves fighting more than football. I live in Brazil and i’ve been in the Maracanã before remodelling when it fit almost 120k people and i have NEVER seen a racist incident in there. Flamengo’s fans are from all walks of life, from the current psycopath rich boy governor…
The most prevailing ‘product’ sold with ARs is not the weapon itself, or the accessories, but the story. The story that somehow, a group of scrappy rebels can stand up and defend freedom against anything with their guts, gumption, know-how, and a Black Rifle.
Quick fun point before I go into my rant: 69% of Americans do not own a firearm, despite there easily being 50-60 million MORE firearms in the country than there are actual people living in it.
One would think a clearly tanking team might be an opportunity to see whether the young unproven quarterback you just traded a second-round pick for a few months ago actually has potential or not, so you have some idea of what your quarterback situation might look like as this rebuild progresses.
Or, that guy can just…
I’m not sure why it matters that players agreed to it in the CBA. And before there was a salary cap, didn’t owners want to profit from their investments? I don’t think they need a salary cap for that to be the case.
The NFL has revenue sharing. The NFL has a draft system that allows the teams that perform the worst to get exclusive rights to the very best incoming players. The NFL does not need a salary cap to maintain parity.
Unless the CBA has changed, a player can't even renegotiate their contract until they've got 3 years experience.
