So some peckerwoods are thinking that Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is making a “statement” with having Nazis in a series where killing Nazis has been its reason for being since the first game (Castle Wolfenstein) came out on the Apple II in the early 80s?
Also the fact that literally no-one in Europe tried to paint the first game as some commentary on the rise of current Right-Wing populism in Europe but the moment you mix Nazi and the US you get a bunch of butthurt Trump voters crying about it.
You can be a good person in Crusader Kings, though. It just tends to be a short game, is all. :)

Outrage! And while we’re at the outrage let’s outrage at Disney reusing the animations in their multiple movies! Let’s find a reason to be angry today!
This is like saying that every movie that has ever used a tombone shot / dolly zoom is ripping off Jaws.
It seems to me like it’s such a random scene and so much work was put in to make it not actually a direct rip-off in anything outside of camera angle, scene composition, and character movement that it seems way more like an homage than it does plagiarism. Like, I don’t see what the studio gains from copying the other.…
The other day Kotaku ran an article on classic poses that happen throughout new and old anime. This strikes me as a similar case where one scene was quite similar to that of another anime.
I have seen many cases of plaggarised frames & artwork but this is not one of them. They are different enough to be considered homages or merely coincidences.
