DA2 was much better at thematic storytelling (up until the ending, fucking Anders and Red lyrium), in its exploration of the corruption of people through the power of fanaticism, as well as the appeal such religious devotion can have. There was no great evil, there’s only shady people believing their view of the world

That’s an insult to Bleach. At least with Bleach, the plot was cyclical and simple so it was easy to predict what would happen. It may be mind-boggling with the random shifts in characterisation, narratively at least you follow it.

Here, DnD are actively trying to make the story as subversive as possible, with complete

Its funny to see people only now start to look and go ‘how long has the show been like this?’

They are, thankfully, gonna cover the first ‘big moment’ of the series ‘I can’t hear the fireworks’

#humblebrag

Definitely, I’ve had people I’m interested in hook-up with a guy in front of me the same night they rejected me. It sucks, but at the end of the day they owe me nothing for me liking them, and in some cases visa versa. Sometimes you don’t spark someone’s interest in the way you want, and that’s ok. So long as they

Shit, he’d have made a great Cavir

My whole problem with the first trailer is this: it was a barely coherent clusterfuck of action set pieces and ridiculousness that tripped over itself constantly. If it had been a Bad Company 3 trailer, I’d at least be able to get why it felt so morbidly zany, but a mainline game coming off Battlefield 1? It was

May actually buy the game just find my own little piece of the universe to build a base on: a island retreat, and coastal base that link to an ocean-floor aquarium, a mountain rest stop. It’d be great

That... actually makes alot of sense

The fact the last Bioware game was ME:A, game so negatively received relative to its investment that is sank a studio and a franchise, doesn’t help it either

Indeed, unless its one of the best games ever made, Anthem is highly likely to be almost dead on arrival :P

In fairness, Persona 5 was meant to come about 3 years earlier, but after Fukushima in 2011 they pretty much restarted from the ground-up in terms of story and characters

A Place Further Than The Universe one of the best anime I’ve seen in years. It is anime of season, by a good damn mile, and something really fucking good will have to come out in the next few seasons to compete with it for anime of the year

Really damn good light novels, I might add. The anime is really good as well (shame it never continued, which is surprising considering it came of pre-LN adaptation boom)

From what I’ve read, the production was such a nightmare it’d make Bioware employees say they were glad to be on Andromeda

I’ve also heard that, but as a manga reader, I do know that the anime surpasses the manga, with manga-intended story, as the mangaka is severely sick and it may be months before another chapter comes, if at all. Also, Chinatsu is best girl

I say I have a mix of what these two are going through.

I have a self-esteem problem when it comes to trying to get in a relationship: I know I’m not unattractive, that I’m pretty funny, kind and smart, but any time romantic feelings are involved, something in my brain goes ‘you are a horrible person, you would make a

Its actually been a very good and very bad year. In terms of its highs, we’re talking modern classics, with some of most well regarded anime in years. On the other end, we have alot utterly atrocious anime that shouldn’t seen the light of day because they’re disgusting, offensive, or even just inoffensively poor.

And aliens. Which is kind of ironic when on a list about best go-to bad guys with the Nazis :P
