As for Kevin, sadly it looks like Crowley was telling him the truth when he said Dean only viewed him as a tool to be used and then thrown away.
The next episode should be a good one. We finally get to see Crowley Unleashed.
I do think we will be seeing Lucifer again somewhere down the road. Mark Pellegrino said he would love to be back on the show.
Castiel got his powers back by taking Theo the Torturer's grace? Wouldn't that turn Castiel evil?
Fantastic episode! But very sad to see Kevin go. And Kevin being killed is ALL on Dean. He might as well have just blown Kevin's head off with a gun.
A+ for this episode!
I cannot think of the name of the song that was playing when Dean saw Sam playing with the airplane in Baby, but I loved it. That song was right out of season one.
Good ep! Love the MOTW ep's once in a while. Noticed something missing this season so far, though. What happened to Dean's music collection? We never hear the songs blaring from Baby's speakers anymore. I miss that.
Crowley impressed me with his phone call to Abbadon. Crowley to Abbadon - "You will burn." Something to that effect. The way he said it. No histrionics or emotional temper outburst. I think Abbadon is going to regret taking on Crowley.
Abbadon may be more powerful, but Crowley is more intelligent. That gives him the edge over her. Dick Roman was more powerful than Crowley, but Crowley outsmarted him.
Good points. His just joking seems likely.
Sam to Dean- "I like to read books. The kind without pictures."
Of all the ep's Charlie has been in, I liked this one the most. Didn't
care for Dorothy. The Wicked Witch is a real bad ass, though. And that
was a great view of Oz at the end. One of the great things about SPN is
that they don't overdo it with the CGI's. When they do use them, they
do a good job of it. And it looks…
Thats one thing that bothers me about this otherwise excellent show,,,the way they portray Angels. It portrays almost all Angels as being more evil than demons. I can understand a few evil, renegade Angels,,,but all of them?
Yup, I saw it. At first I thought Pellegrino was actually playing the devil on the Tomorrow People. lol
Just read an interview Mark Pellegrino gave. Said he would love to be back on SPN and reprise his role as Lucifer. He said even though nothing seems to be in the works right now, he thinks he will be back. Said he owes Crowley a butt kicking! lol
But they aren't reaping souls when they are supposed to. The impression I got in this ep is that they are renting themselves out as guns for hire.
Meg really did get a bad send off. The character deserved more than that. I was very much hoping that when they showed Cas on the bus, the camera would pan over to show Meg sitting next to him.
This was one of the most depressing ep's of the entire 8 year run of SPN
for me. Just by the title of the ep, I figured a major character was
going to be killed off. And where the heck was the theme song for this
ep that was being played in all the promos? Very sad that Meg was
killed. Last season she helped the…
