I’m ATTEMPTING dry January this year. And we’ll see how I feel after this weekend!

That’s BS. They knew what they were doing (to save money) - they obviously did not want to spend money for a 4-year old to sit in the economy plus section. A drink for a stranger is significantly cheaper. If they are going to move around so that they can sit together as a family, they should’ve all moved to the

Hah. I did exactly this for 2018. My boyfriend makes one time comments throughout the year - ex: how awesome it would be to have a topo-chico t-shirt. I made him a gift basket with little gifts that he’s mentioned in passing. The topo chico shirt was hands down his favorite part of the overall gift.

Yea, I think I should definitely try this. If not to lose weight, to definitely be healthier + help my skin look better. The only hard part (I know, I know excuses) is that my birthday is this month and if we do anything at all, it will probably involve drinking to some degree :P

Some of the “endings” were too ridiculous. Yes, I laughed my ass off, ie the fight scene, but it felt so out of place that it took me out of the seriousness of the episode.

Haunting of Hill House was indeed fantastic!!

I like that! “meat should be more a side-dish than a main”

Spoilers in my comment maybe? It’s a movie almost 20 years old, but can never be too safe.

Agreed. It’s a HUGE pet peeve of mine too. Since McAvoy is the split personality, he could’ve easily been dispersed in the multiple glass sections, and not just side by side like they currently have it. Ugghhhh.

Great tips. I absolutely agree that working from home, you have to do what you can to get yourself out of the house and sane. Living in Chicago while WFH was terrible because of exactly the reason you stated - it got dark too early and very rarely did I want to brave the winters. But it’s a necessary evil if you want

I’m probably not the intended audience but I would LOVE to see the original movies be made into animated features. The animation looks absolutely beautiful.

I see what you did there, Kev. Take your star.

I pre-ordered and started playing this morning. It’s a pretty easy game - I’m trying to take my time with it - and already at Mt. Moon. But holy crap if the nostalgia isn’t real.

One time a genuinely hungry homeless man asked for money to buy food. I bought him a hamburger and he was extremely grateful when I brought it to him saying he’s been really hungry and has gone ignored.

I personally prefer the vertical roast stand so it makes it look like your chicken is standing in the oven, desperately trying to get out (what?). And then the drippings go into the baking pan with sliced onions and water - perfect to drizzle on top of rice!

MMM YES! Pho is a must. Put all the spicy stuff in to clear those sinuses.

“That’s the way the cookie crumbles” lololl

The egg is the best part!!! Drooool.

Sitting here at 9am, licking my lips at the thought of ramen. Might have to make some soon for my blog (who noms the world). The perfect dish for Japan! Especially with that succulent egg.

If $20 is your price point maximum per bottle, you’ve opened yourself up to A LOT of potentially really good wine. Some of my favorite wines are $8-12. After a certain price point, you’re just looking for an excuse to brag, imo.
