I had the same problems with my 6 and Mazda’s refusal to make repairs. It was an awful car and I had to get rid of it. Am I an “idiot” too?!

Bad idea in my experience. I had terrible problems with my new 6. Mazda was the worst and wouldn't fix squat. I know other's going through similar struggles with new Mazdas now.
Publications review driving, they don’t buy them and drive them every day, or go through having to beg them to fix it every time it breaks. I did and it was a terrible experience. Transmission, engine, electrics all had problems and build quality was bad. Mazda treated me like shit and dragged their feet on…
He's not a hater at all. He's seen what you haven't yet. The 6 has problems and Mazda does too.
No. The same thing happened with my Mazda6 and an acquaintance’s new 3. It was a lemon that Mazda wouldn’t fix or dragged their feet on for everything. I heard every bullshit excuse and they lied constantly to keep from ponying up for repairs.
Mine too. Constant problems that Mazda refused to acknowledge were problems. (i.e. The transmission slipped wildly but they said “that’s typical” and let it strand me in a crap neighborhood.) Same with engine problems, electrics, everything.
It was a 2014 Mazda6. Biggest piece of shit lemon I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned some real crap. After two years of constant problems that Mazda refused to acknowledge much less fix (transmission and engine failure are “normal”, eh Mazda?!), I took the loss and ditched it. Yeah, I should’ve sued but I just couldn’t…
I know, right? Blogging about cars, no less!
I spent a lifetime in the advertising agency biz — We all dislike the obnoxiously obtrusively things that pay for content.
a “negligent” homicide can still be manslaughter — or murder — if the likely outcome of one’s actions (ie, running a red light at over 100 mph) would be the death of another.
Exactly. Sadly, cops everywhere run reds and speed into oncoming traffic without lights nowadays. I filed a formal complaint with photos and documentation against a cop doing just that... Despite the chief, mayor and city manager’s promises, nothing happened to the cop, whatsoever.
You’ve obviously never been to LA. “Most people” don’t live an hour away, they want to live here — Westside, downtown, Culver, Echo, etc., hence the expense of living...here.
Dude, you’re living in your parents house, aren’t you? Because anyone who’s lived there more than a week knows your comment is completely out of touch with reality.
Bull. S**t. Show me where you can live remotely close to a job in downtown San Francisco, on a teacher’s salary, in housing that is even close to normally-priced. Go on...
Where’s YOUR retraction, Anna? This post reads like holocaust denial, yet your humility is nowhere to be found...
Nope, relative performance says it’s the Mk1 - When that car came here at the end of 1982, it ran with Porsches, beat Z/28 Camaros, and shocked pretty much everyone who thought sports cars couldn’t be beat by a hatch. The current one is great and has more of everything — just like all cars — but it doesn’t have any of…
What’s more harmful to America today, our crime rate or “law enforcement” bent on maintaining unchecked power to abuse and obscene pay packages?
This. A million times, this.
That’s near identical to the 5.0 LX coupe that left a high school acquaintance paralyzed when his buddy wrecked it in 1988.
Wow, you must be run at parties...
