it’s called the Gman tavern. The Metro is the most interesting thing in that neighborhood.

Everything around the ballpark is now “safe” and “family friendly” so it’s pretty lame and made for suburbanites and tourists. A lot of the personality of that neighborhood has been lost and it’s basically Wicker Park around there. Wrigleyville subsists a lot on the legend of what it once was.

No it’s because the Patriots and Rams were in it, a team people are sick of watching vs a team no one watches.

Wow thanks for the invite.

Yeah, but at least in those blowouts the teams showed why they were absolute juggernauts after incredible regular seasons. Those are more fun because one team gets to reaffirm “we are the best and don’t ever doubt it.” This year felt more like 2016 when the broncos beat the panthers.

Because football is essentially late 90s MLB for it’s entire history.

Exactly. I don’t give a shit about what is “technically” good football I want to watch wild shit happen.

The Rock and Roll hall of fame is even more meaningless than any other sports’ all of fame.

Get ready for the “RESPECT THE DEAD!” and “THINK OF HIS FAMILY!” This motherfuckers family will be glad he’s dead.

Lets talk more about the halftime shows. Do a post about that.

I know there are people out there that love Crowder and WWE wrestling. It would just make it much easier if they work some kind of mark so I knew to avoid them

Who would’ve guessed that a man who wears a red hat was so sensitive?

Deeply kiss your son and father on the lips with that mouth?

The Patriots are obviously great, but dear lord has greatness ever been so boring? They deserved to win the game, but the Chiefs winning would have been 1000x more entertaining. At least in the NBA when the Warriors win they are out there clowning teams.

True, but lets remember that Cardinals fans don’t deserve any joy if possible

I think they are 9-7 without Mack, that defense was good last year and Fuller, Jackson, Hicks all improved this year on their own. The offense was way better this year.

I really think that the front office didn’t expect to be a legit Super Bowl contender this year, I’m sure they thought “we will improve and if all breaks right make the playoffs” which while technically correct never thought they could make a deep run, so why go nuts about improving a kicker?

Public transit going to soldier field is arguably faster due to where it’s located. It’s a nightmare.

This is easily the best team Andy Reid has ever coached.
