Haven't seen FNL, but I have started watching American Horror Story since it's on Netflix and been legitimately enjoying it. And yeah Connie Britton is really great on it. Enough so to get me to check out Friday Night Lights at some point.

I'll do you one better. I recently finally finished the series after a year+ of watching through it. I had been spoiled Christopher dies, but not how he died. When Tony kills Christopher in this episode, I didn't see it coming.

Didn't the final two episodes only air in Australia?

As someone who has only seen episode one and seven, I liked him.

Yeah I don't buy the arguments that Tony is a complete sociopath because it fucks up the messages Chase was making about morality and choice.

When the sun "flashes" like the light house at the end of "Join the Club," Tony has an epiphany and understands, he gets it.

It says a lot about this show that it's been seven hours since the review went up and there is only one comment before I posted this one.

This was probably the shortest cold open on the show yet, which was great because it's comedic timing was essentially perfect.

If the show were skewering Romantic Comedy tropes a bit more it would be clever/funny if each season took place in a thinly disguised facsimile of various romantic comedies.
