If the show were skewering Romantic Comedy tropes a bit more it would be clever/funny if each season took place in a thinly disguised facsimile of various romantic comedies.

Decided to watch this*, since a.) I had FOX on because I finally watched Ben and Kate live and b.) I gave up on the show after the pilot and wanted to see what was happening.

Not going to say that either show will be bad, given they're not even airing yet. But, AMC has done a pretty good job at showing Breaking Bad and Mad Men were more exceptions than part of any hot streaks. If these become great shows, awesome.

I really wish this show was good because it has some good actors in it. I suppose though, that it will not be going on much longer and hopefully people like Elizabeth Mitchell, Giancarlo Esposito even Reed Diamond can find better work.

the tragedy is even if Tony had killed Paulie, Christopher's shit was going to hit the fan sooner than later anyway and Christopher would have ended up in the same place no matter what happened.
