I've only read the first one, so the Reynard bit was a surprise for me (though it was obvious that something had gone horribly wrong and everyone else in the room was most likely dead). The rest of the episode was largely unfamiliar, though. They're making some big, damn, bold creative decisions.

I appreciated the face turn for Marina. It really worked, in the moment.

Huh… Well, okay.

Just making sure I didn't miss an episode here.

Omar comin'.

"Okay. Me too… You." is a great response to the most off-hand "I love you" ever.

Oh, goddamnit.

And Ros.

I've tried getting into it. I'm maybe 10 episodes into Season 2? Just can't seem to make it stick.

I mean, Mr. Robot was arguably the best show of 2015, and it airs on USA Network.

Sorry, but did they just uh… kill Jane Chatwin?

"He actually condescends to Sami Zayn (and then AJ, actually) with a wave
that says 'hey little guy, you get lost on your way to the ring?'"

As soon as the genie popped out, I was dying. As B plots go, that was pretty great.

So was "Jesus, that is not tonally consistent with the books."

They've done a pretty good job with her being somewhat off-putting in social situations. She's constantly uncomfortable, and it creates the same effect in others.

Fine, but I am not going first.

Have to imagine Kady's last name is just an easter egg, not an important thing… I mean, they already did the scene in question.

If nothing else, I feel like they've nailed the tone of the books. Or, at least the first book, which is the only one I've read.

Let's just all be thankful that Sara still exists.
