I read that quote right around the time I read that Trump was really invested in picking curtain patterns, and I was like, yeah, that checks out.

Oh me too! It only takes me about 10 minutes to finish.

This article would *definitely* exist if he spent every weekend putting together puzzles on his time off. And it would be glorious.

Hope you wind up enjoying it! I’m sure the anxiety disorder makes it tough — but I imagine there are a lot of people there who would understand and support you through it. Good luck!

He wears the fez!

Peter Thiel is on the phone with the Sultan of Brunei right now, trying to negotiate a retainer agreement.

Not to take away from this, but... shouldn’t she have a left leg that moves, too?

Wait, do you mean that there’s a skin color customization option on the character creation screen... but the skin color shows up literally nowhere on the character, ever? That’s awesome.

Well that’s approximately the greatest thing ever.

Ah, I see - for some reason I didn’t think to play the second moat lurker before the pyro. That makes sense.

Holy crap, that Abomination puzzle. I’m so close, but can’t quite get it. Answer?

Much better than the “Bonerwatch” I came up with.

Also, with some of the cards rotating out this year - Thaurissian, Trueheart, and Reno especially - control decks will get a lot weaker. I expect there’ll be new cards to fill the gap, but it could easily become all aggro all the time.

Agreed, the Spirit Claws nerf seems an expansion too late. It’s still powerful (and maddening), but not as nonstop as it was in the Karazhan meta.

Great analysis. I assume that the choices were driven by the cards they plan to release as much the cards they’ve already released, so we’ll see what happens over the next year. Certainly it didn’t make sense to kill Conceal and Ice Lance over the tired aggro pieces you cite, but I’m guessing something’s coming that

Yeah, if they’re planning new Deathrattle cards, Tirion could get hella valuable again. And since Paladin has two 8-mana autoincludes, listing regular Rag doesn’t hurt them too much. Could be a big year for Paladins!

I get why they’re killing most of these cards, but Conceal? It’s not like Miracle Rogue was dominating lately. With a new Rogue hero, though, maybe they have some big Rogue cards planned?

Yep! They actually use that exact example in the Blizzard page.

Sometimes the truest takes are the hottest.
