It's funny - I was on a Blindspot > Player kick for a few weeks, but damn if last week's Player ep was just the right level of dumb fun.

Alleged supernatural drama - we still can't be sure what really happened on that show.
"I'm not saying he's guilty until he proves himself innocent; I'm just saying that we will consider him, um, guilty, until he shows himself to be not, um, guilty. My logic is airtight on this one; better luck next time with your gotcha questions."
I mean, it's basically a Pyrrhic coin flip, isn't it?
I wish.
I hear you - I'm basically having the opposite problem and finding zero of the actors on Quantico interesting and I actually actively dislike that guy who's an undercover agent spying on the main character (no, I can't remember anyone's names, actors or characters). Whereas I have a soft spot for Jaime Alexander and…
I hate to say it, but last night was I decided that life is too precious to have both Quantico and Blindspot in my life, and Quantico had to go.
Thanks - I was wondering if one sometimes existed somewhere else, and What's On Tonight often slips by.
OK, watched Monday's ep.
(1) It was refreshingly close to the zaniness of old Rick, but it was the dourness of new Kate.
(2) I realized about 2 mins ii that I'd stopped watching the previous week's ep about 5 mins from the end, possibly out of distraction, so had no real idea that guy was signed up as a consultant, or,…
I can't tell whether I'll be more annoyed if it IS a sentence, or if it's random, like that show a few years ago (Fringe? Something like Fringe?) that had a different letter in red every episode, but meant nothing.
Side question: what were the previous anagrams?
I mean, when I got out of college, I could barely handle a fax machine, let alone transfer a phone call correctly, is what I'm saying.
"We agreed never to discuss project "EL ROY" again."
What do. You mean.
Or Laura Holt and Remington Steele, or whatever the Harts first names were.
I can remember being honestly a little surprised in the first one, when it turns out the witness is the killer. I think at the time I was excited b/c I'm a sucker for recurring serial killers, like Olivia d'Abo in L&O: CI, etc.
I know the affliction predates the show, but maybe it's been staring us in the face: "castling"
I'd posit the only longer-arc ones that are borderline entertaining are those taunting serial killer ones, and even that got a little fatiguing.
Maybe it's vital that Castle himself be scared of something paranormal and patently untrue?
There's a classic.
