Intergortion?

And every time his character was in an episode, the writers made a point of writing him into a corner: "Yes, I told the police I did it, yes I bought the gun and was covered in his blood, and yes I absolutely hated him, so, Bobby - how do I get off?" It was always a fun episode, almost a locked room dynamic.

Sorry - didn't see your post! Thought the same thing about Weber's character w/r/t Larroquette's.

I might be dating myself, while also admitting I don't watch The Good Wife, but Weber's character reminded me of John Laroquette's recurring character on The Practice way back when: egotistical, flamboyent, probably a sociopath, etc. I kind of hope he becomes recurring.

I always think that PTA grabbed some imagery from V to open The Master — the drunken sailor party, the Benny Profane sleeping in the crow's nest bit. Apparently, he was writing both at about the same time.

At the end, I got the impression that he might be off to the side "working" on some "very important" things while he recovers, but they aren't relying on him for essential stuff - case in point, Coulson just went and got a quinjet.

The first several seasons were great at toe-ing the line between creepy and comfort TV, for sure.

"The way things are playing out, it looks like Dutch and Fet will have at least a fling but they’ve already created such a quick friend chemistry that one might hope that it just remains like that."

"You must never, never listen to this, Mr Traeger. Promise me. Never."
"OK!"

Is this a pilot re-cast? I saw a screener and if I recall, there was a tweed-wearing, maybe bearded guy playing a psychologist who was the “on-again, off-again sex buddy” of Kate Walsh’s Rebecca Wright"

Sorry if this has come up down thread, but I think Nora's false positives were indicative of those being questioned subliminally answering to make Nora feel better; they sensed her unimaginable pain and answered for her benefit.

Even though this show is all over the place, I still have faith, esp now that people are acting vaguely like actual humans.

For better or worse, I think this is my fault:

Gah - just posted the same thing. My favorite bit is when an Oxford graduate in physics asks her to explain "fusion."

Elisabeth Shue, The Saint?

Same thing on Seth Meyers, and he got called out on it and explained what was going on. However, not that it's a series, maybe he can get them to make a wig?

I truly have nothing to add to everyone's praise of the greatest fictional detective of the 20th century, Columbo. I just want to join in the love.

Is that really what happened to that flavor? Because it was amazing.

Ultimately, I agree with you - it's a wonderful mystery.

Season Two: Lou in Sioux Falls?
