Yep, and also the desire to sell to non-English speaking markets.

I’m not discounting your criticisms, but I think there is another way of looking at the ‘men and women can’t be friends’ trope. (spoilers) In the end, they’re both right. Harry’s right that two single people who find each other attractive will probably eventually find sex ‘getting in the way.’ But more importantly,…
I don’t think she’s given up on herself, I think she thinks she’s too fabulous and special to work a job like a normie.
While the regulations vary state to state, in the majority of states parents either need to do nothing or only need to notify the state that they will be home schooling. That’s it, nothing else. A few states in the north east do require assessments and are apparently strict about them.
I’m so sorry that happened to your mom and aunt. It’s not her fault- as I’m sure she logically knows.
I’m sorry to bogart your post, but I assume Del above will delete my response. I did as he suggested and went to the VAERS site, I’d like others who just read his/her post above yours to see my response.
There are about 74 million people under 19 years of age in the US. They have a mortality rate from all causes of about 25 in 100,000. That means about 18,500 people under 19 die each year and yet you suggest that 44,300 people under 19 (the vast, vast majority of people getting vaccines) are actually dying solely from…
I wish this was true about education, but the explosion of home schooling shows it’s not. In many states, pretty much all you have to do is SAY that you are homeschooling. Remember all those kids found shackled and caged in California a couple years ago? They were being ‘home schooled’ and nobody ever checked up on…
It may take some effort, but children at least (under 19) can get vaccinated for free.
We legally require car seats and seat belts and schooling (though home schooling can get around that one)- is that really SO different?
I’ll be surprised if she gets probation if she’s facing 20 years. She’s admitting to enslaving and extorting people.
Best film, best Mame- I give you copious kudos.
Vaccines have been in use for literally hundreds of years. The measles vaccine has been in use for nearly 60 years. Other than the debunked claim about autism and mercury (which was NEVER in the vaccine) there is NO reason to think that big pharma is actually poisoning us. Over 90% of the population gets vaccinated…

Medical records are on file, so they can tell who has been vaccinated. These outbreaks keep happening in areas where a lot of anti-vaxxers live and I have seen many releases in which they state how many of the infected are unvaccinated. While some of those people could be infants, the immuno-compromised, etc., the…
That’s nice for 95% of your county. Sucks for all the people with not yet vaccinated infants, people who can’t be vaccinated, people who don’t know that their vaccine is not effective etc, etc. If I lived there I’d be doing what I could to double check that my vaccine was in effect. If I had an infant, I’d likely…
Most people who get measles (or any disease) will be people who are intentionally unvaccinated, but you don’t get vaccinated at birth, so they will likely also infect babies who haven’t been vaccinated yet. You get the measles vaccine at 12-15 months. Some people cannot be vaccinated because of health issues and are…
Anti-vaxxers should have to pay for (at least!) their children’s healthcare costs. Insurance companies nor the state should cover the medical bills of unvaccinated people who contract the diseases they didn’t need to get. The potential for bankrupting medical bills would likely motivate a lot of them.
No. The vast majority of vaccines did work. In a very small number of cases, a vaccine won’t take on an individual person. Some vaccines fade in efficacy and some sick people’s vaccines will no longer work because of their treatment. Children under 1 are not yet vaccinated against measles.
That’s not true. Most of the people who are sick are the children of parents who refused to vaccinate them. Some of the sick are children who were not old enough for vaccination, some people’s vaccination status is unknown. As mentioned numerous times here, it’s not only people who are voluntarily without vaccinations…
