As a Mercy/Lucio main who dabbles in Moira (I mean....) I feel that in OW2 Moira’s healing spray either does less healing per second for or I run out of Healy juice faster. I think that Moira has a design problem where you have to DPS in order to heal, outside of the Healy orb.
