The clients I work with are considered to be legally responsible for themselves (they regularly get convicted of shoplifting, vandalism, etc, just thesame as anyone else). Some of them get charged with disorderly conduct or simple assault for violating

I work on social skills with teens with Aspergers. I get unwanted hugs all the time. These are sexual assaults? That’s a label that should follow them for the rest of their lives? (They have typical IQs, they are competent to stand trial)
