I probably wouldn’t even blink. The weird part to me is places where the taxis aren’t a purpose-built vehicle.
I did always slightly prefer the XK180 concept to this one. That double-bubble windscreen looked amazing (even though it would have been impossible to produce, and probably hard to see through).
It’s smaller than some/most pickups. You could probably put the whole thing in the bed of something oversized like an F350.
For what it’s worth, you do quickly get used to having the stalks on the ‘wrong’ side from what you’re used to, but personally I kept forgetting every few days and end up wiping the windows instead of indicating etc.
Notice how on the auction pictures, the sides are basically flat, with what looks like a hinge around the middle of the wheels.

Avebury is a much better stone circle to visit than Stonehenge. The parking is cheap, and because the circle encompasses part of the village, it’s free to walk around and you can walk up to the stones and touch them. Plus, there’s a pub in the centre.

In the UK a ‘transit van’ is almost the generic name for vans like this, so this news is either going to make things more, or possibly less, confusing.
What if you swapped the interior, and the VIN? Maybe that’s what’s happened here?
