Personally I don’t have a problem with their accents, but I too have noticed the big difference between their ‘voice-over’ accents, and their accents when they’re just chatting to each other.

That might be part of the equation, it’s much more normal for buy a used car in Europe. That and getting a loan to buy a car is an extravagant concept for most people.
