If Street Fighter ever went fully 3d, with 3d movement and terrain effect, this would be a level.
Was the Ebay listing with free delivery?
I can't wait to see how it fares in the IIHS small overlap crash test.
Yeah, I would (and have!) take them up any single-pitch pure ice routes. You'd definitely destroy them dry tooling, and yeah I wouldn't trust them on a multi.
Your logic is pretty sound, but there's a fact involved that the uninitiated may not realize. Until you start climbing in the realm of overhanging ice, dry tooling, really hard mixed alpine routes, it's your feet that hold most of the weight most of the time. Commercially made tools do require the buffer you describe…
I'd happily take them up any of my WI4-5s here in the SE, as ephemeral as they are. I wouldn't do any serious dry tool cranking on them, but that's not my bag, anyway. My old BD Rages serve me well, but I'd love a set of CF tools!

I think he made the right move.
Everyone hates on it, but eh, it's not horrible looking. People like the Honda Element and Ridgeline but hate the Pontiac Aztek and Chevy Avalanche... and the Hondas are the lesser vehicles in every aspect, so peoples' car tastes confuse me at times. :)
I feel like the pendulum has swung so far into the hot rod realm for older (pre-1980ish) trucks that few will be restored. I've been hunting everywhere for restoration information resources, like I had for my last project car (clubs, magazines, etc) but most media really focus in on the modifying market. Classic…
It's amusing talking about this kind of stuff with my father, because he's old enough he remembers when these kind of vehicles were considered ugly workhorses, and now they're considered beautiful classics. Think it says something about the quality of modern vehicle design when an old work truck is considered better…
The MKIV Supra was also a loss-leading Halo car.
So.... The Supra is being positioned as a loss-leading halo car? Ugh... Gimme a RWD I6 and a reasonable price tag plz, thanks.
