20 is my ultimate minimum. Awesome service 30 +. I do it because it's the right thing to do but, keeping it real I also make sure to tip well because I'm black. I like to dispel that idea of "bad tippers"any time I can.

Huh.

1) Abolish the tipped minimum wage.

Canada is WAY more technologically advanced than us when it comes to restaurant pay systems. I mean this sincerely. We went to Toronto last year, and it blew my mind.

Ok, so that bit about the percentages... do American restaurants not do debit/credit? Every single restaurant I've been to here in Canada has a debit machine that gives you the option to tip either a percentage or a flat amount. Or bypass the tip altogether, but I try to be a decent human. I'm math-challenged as

Not all cheapskates are non-tipping assholes! (I haz an extreme frugal)

30% now? GTFO.

I am pro-tipping and pro-tipping generously but 30% as a minimum is nutty.

I'm soooo glad to stand corrected!

Some have 2 seats, so it will! 1000!

Why yes they would be excellent accompaniment to a perfectly roasted duck!

hmm, 1000hp, mid engine, awd, 1972 vw bug!

That would accelerate faster than the speed of light. You are a crazy man.

The Ariel Atom W16! Make it happen!

From what I understand, the guy was driving with all the traction and stability aids off and the throttle and gearbox in their most aggressive settings. This car can and will bite your head off if you're an idiot and that's clearly what happened here.

I don't understand what's going on with that BMW. There's very little countersteering going on. If your car suddenly veers off towards a median, wouldn't you... turn the friggin steering wheel the other direction?

Well, I mean he's not abusing anyone, but... I would be embarrassed if my dining companion behaved this way.

The first one is fine, but for fuck's sake, don't do the second one. "Could I have more _____?" It's not hard. An extra few words is worth not feeling like you're being treated like furniture.
