And it hasn't been totally shitty for anybody!

then why the fuck did you vote for trump

I really wish just one celebrity who does this would call out conservatives on their obviously fake offense. None of them actually care, they just want to score points against the libruls. Fuck'em, I want more famous people to joke about killing Trump.

He's also in the movie for maybe 5 minutes before getting immediately killed.

If we don't get a Transformers/Fast and Furious crossover then why did we even invent cinema?

To be fair unlike most of these 200 million dollar movies this one actually looks like it cost 200 million dollars.

I have seen the movie and I honestly can't tell you with any confidence whether Excalibur is a transformer or not. It could be! Who knows?

what if… now stick with me here… what if they made one of these good? like it doesn't have to win awards anything, just have like, a single plot where scenes are related to each other, characters have some kind of arc, there's a main character who faces opposition from the bad guys and then overcome obstacles… maybe

Also: this conflict has basically no relevance to the real world. There are not superpowered beings in our world, so the idea of "what is the best way for international governments to handle private citizens who can level buildings fighting crime on their own" is not something that will ever be a problem for us.

It's a good thing the society he had to infiltrate was Great Britain and not like, China or Sub-Saharan Africa or something.

That was a cool shot, though. Even the generic establishing shots in this show are rad.

So no stories about suicidal lesbians ever again?

I think it's less that they forget black people exist, and more that they choose to film stories that take place in white majority settings, like Hollywood and rural America.

The Dougie story has always been moving forward. In every episode he gets just a little more conscious, and more and more bits of the old Coop poke through. It's moving incredibly slowly, but it's always moving.

I mean, Dougie being nearly brain dead and no one really noticing is clearly the joke. It's meant to both be funny and weird, and also probably a commentary on how thoughtless and thoughtful we can be. Like, everyone's interactions with him are equally cruel (why is no one taking him straight to a hospital?) and kind

Nope, not even them.

I'll agree with you there. Cars may be kinda lame in the story and character department, but it absolutely nails "cars." My favorite moment in the series is the nighttime cruise in the first one, just after Lightning has been repainted and re-tired. The way they captured how old neon lights reflect off of a sparkly

I think John Lasseter is literally the only person in the world who has ever thought "What would Mater do in this situation?" including Larry the Cable Guy.

uh ok buddy
