Same here.  If COVID had held off for a bit longer, then I would have been able to get a nice house for a good price, instead of looking at a house that is smaller than my apartment for $160K (Because that’s what I can swing comfortably right now).  If I had been able to start at the beginning of 2019....

Sadly, fighting back now either gets you expelled (For throwing a punch) or gets you marked as the “bad kid”.  When/if I ever have kids, however, I will tell them to beat the bully down, since legally if they swing at you, you can break whatever you need in them to make them stop.

That works now. Did not work back in the ‘80s and ‘90s. Sadly, screwed me up worse than my innate paranoia would have.
