Completely agreed on the lack of quality of Buzzy's wins, many of which, as you note, seem to be more the result of a lack of strong competition rather than any skill on Buzzy's part, though to be fair to him, he's mostly come up with the correct FJ response whenever he's needed to to secure a victory.
