Why do people keep insisting on comparing Pony cars to the FR-S/BRZ/GT86? They’re not remotely in the same class. Price alone does not drive vehicle classification. It will still weigh almost 900 lbs more than the FR-S/BRZ/GT86 and be larger in every physical dimension.

The F-35 doesn't replace the F-15E or the Super Hornet/Growler. The F-22 is the F-15 nominally, and the Supers aren't going anywhere for a good long while.

I got to see her fly over Tucson; I flew in the pattern with her at LAX and I got to see her landing at LAX from the rental car shuttle. And later in the summer got to be stuck in traffic for hours while she was towed across the city. Truly a memorable set of experiences. :)
