The government itself is massive (number of employees), but the people who have access to said info may be just a few dozen, and the people who could put a kibosh on this whole thing may only be a handful. So it really doesn’t take a massive cover-up for this to happen. The truth is probably somewhere in between.

Well, these price points are exactly why I went with Galaxy S8, and now S9, both of which I got for ~$400 with a trade in.
