Also don’t forget showing up to the Ride in Made in China/Vietnam camouflage clothing.

True story (though it was an email not an actual piece of mail):

Thanks! Didn’t know that!

Are you saying the Marines are a few decades behind in technology know-how?

FrontPage 95 had way better design templates.

Have you seen how cheap EV’s can get after only a few years?

You can move you know.

US passport holders get a short-term stay stamp without the need for a visa when visiting Japan. Hopefully Japanese immigration officials will just deny him entry the next time he lands in Narita.

Well, I dialed BBS on my 2400 baud modem to download pictures, so there’s that.

Uh no. Go read up on Voltec’s tranny setup.

You must mean the 2nd gen Volt? I drove a 1st gen Volt for 3 years and it was terrible (cloth seats).

Websites didn’t exist in 1989, I was there.

My 1st Gen Volt was leased because I was concerned about the longevity of the car, and because leasing made more sense at the time. My Spark EV was bought and if I didn’t end up with a commute that couldn’t cover the Spark’s range, I would’ve kept it. My next EV will be purchased.

My 1st gen Volt had issues too, where the display and the stupid touch controls stopped working and froze, or the charging port won’t pop open.

First gear: I run 87 on my bone stock ‘16 GTI, and I’m very happy with it (mostly highway commute). I don’t see any need for 93 on the car. If you have a tune though, 91/93 is almost always required.

Square cut is the best kind of cut for pizzas, IMHO. Some people don’t like the thick outer crust and won’t waste food by eating the middle pieces. Some people, yours truly included, loves the outer crust and will eat someone else’s leftover outer crust (after cutting off the portion where mouth/teeth met the pizza,

Yes!

Why do you think USC is called University of Spoiled Chinese?

The French are known for their “business acumen”. Just look at Thomson SA: they sold off their medical imaging division to GE and got GE’s consumer electronics and RCA, but declined to get NBC/Universal when it was cheap. They then decided they want to be an end to end provider of content with Technicolor -> Grass

Orange juice, don’t forget orange juice!
