I, for one, appreciate our game show reviewing commentariat.

Newborn. 3 eps Space Force. 12 eps Avatar. Space X launch. Too many live videos of cops hitting people for yelling.  Too many videos of bricks thrown into windows away from the cops and the yelling.  Too many dumb facebook statuses of *colleagues claiming the murders of people who look like me by police are "bad

Haven’t hit episode 4 yet, but now wondering if I need to alternate CXG and Zoe’s Ectraordinary Playl6with Space Force to find it funnier.

Spent the weekend in the hospital on baby watch, so only a little bit of media consumed attentively.

Ssomeone argued that Garfield was a good spiderman and a crappy peter parker, because he was always smarmy and arrogant and it made me like the Garfield movies much more than when I was just disappointed in his performance. I had a similar feeling about Ben Affleck's Batman vs Bruce Wayne, where he felt like he only

I think I speak for myself when I say "holy shit."

Bless you.

It’s Monday, and you know what that means - it’s time for another unsolicited reality food competition recap.

I can't help but wish that my ongoing cable subscription (why does my household have cable?) could include these niche channels full of shows I might want to watch, like Stargirl and Titans, or CBS internet only shows like Discovery.

Llike several commenters above, Workin Moms (just finished season 2). I’m finding it delightfully soapy, but find myself wishing for just a little less pathos.

Now I want a Derek from The Good Place and Derek from Happy Endings crossover.

I know it isn’t much, but my next rewatch of the end of New Girl is going to hit differently when it’s time to give Beezus five stars.

I liked it when they made a plan and it went okay, but then there was an unforeseen complication, and then they had to improvise.

My very young human spontaneously grabbed scooby doo books at the library based on the cover and so has knowledge of the character and show. Not ready for the mild frights and jump scares of the cartoon, yet, but we, as parents, didn't purposefully encourage it.

I watched the pilot of Treadstone and meant to come back and watch more, but man, this isnt inspiring confidence in my to-watch list from last fall.

The television recap you definitely didnt ask for and don’t need: Worst Cooks in America 10 May 2020 edition

A new season of my guiltiest pleasure - here is celebrity edition of Worst Cooks. Tyler Florence returns to join Chef Anne as seven celebrities* who don’t know how to cook compete.
I knew 4 of the celebrities

I’ll be the pedantic jerk here: when the headline said cartoon network I thought maybe there was somehow a new show I might be sharing with my kid in the near future to get temporary reprieve from PAW patrol constantly. That’s a big nope.

That mother goose movie was the high my elementary school age self could not recapture until 7th grade. It was super great.

I haven’t seen Motherland, unfortunately. Workin Moms is kind of what I remember from the couple of sex and the city episodes I watched 15 (?1!?) years ago - a little bit of raunch, and a bunch of slice of life experience of characters who have too much drama before meeting up for brunch to talk about it (really,

I couldn’t sleep Firday night, and finally watched Bonding on Netflix. I expected more Darcy. I laughed some, but not as much as I expected. The short episodes mean i finished the season. Hooray!
