@Andrew Ogden: Actually wrong, its still not quite as good as LCD, and the iPhone 4 has the best battery life of any smart phone, so your actually wrong. Maybe the screen draws a tiny bit less on SAMOLED but its the overall product that matters.

So if reflective LCD is still better than SAMOLED outdoors, and way better than AMOLED. It could be said that the iPhone 4's ISP "retina" display is probably the best cellphone display in the world.

@Farscyde: Yea and iphone users were doing that to you for years until your OS finally got good with 2.1/2.2

Or you can just download the gold master that was released weeks ago and install iOS 4.0 now :P

@Vaza: yea i thought bethesda was supposed to announce something

Can you guys please fix your photo system, its terrible. I never look at pix on Gizmodo because every time there are a lot I gota click the photo then scroll back up to look, then scroll back down for another one.

A mix between FF-XIII and Bad Company 2, both on PS3.

The only way 3D would be good is if it didn't require a new HDTV and those stupid glasses.

My PS3 Slim (cech-2101b) consumes 60-70watts, nice try though MS.

@Zim: hah yea i was thinking the same thing with that nascar one, its like they didnt apply any textures or lighting to it.

Way too big for a phone, would be a big bulge in my front pocket (and i already got one amiright?) I'll stick with my iPhone 4 preorder.

Playing a game with your hands up holding an invisible steering wheel is the worst thing ive ever seen.

Um yea thanks, been doing this for years on my PS3.

@dirtlamb5: Lets see it took about 4-5 seconds to open, and its using 45MB of RAM right now on my machine. If that's too much for you then don't know what to say.

@TonyRockyHorror: Yep! I was a bit nervous because no one confirmed it. I decided to try it tonight. Just download and install iTunes 9.2, download iOS 4.0 GM, shift+click restore and pick the OS file. In about 10 minutes my iPhone 3GS was running 4.0!

@Insomnia Bob: Shiggy says "Kinect? $150? As much as my entire console? Lolz."

The release date is November 2. They announced it already.

@JohnTheTree: you seem to be mistaken, Verizon *didn't want* the iPhone. Now AT&T has it, and they are doing a damn good job considering the incredible amount of desire for it. I switched to AT&T for the iPhone and love it.

@CoH: Yea it sounds familiar, and its a fact. As someone else said its basically the equivalent of DDOS attack. No company could deal with that kind of increased traffic in one day. None.

Man Gizmodo you really hate on AT&T for no reason. Enough with the biased articles just blog the news.
