There is a lot of good streamers on that service that make a living off of it. I’m not talking about the big ones either, I’m talking about the speedrunners and other niche streamers that have an audience of around 100 to 1000 viewers during a stream.
The entire English speaking world used it until the 60's. We just stuck with it.
The conversion is fairly easy, and it gives finer temperature ranges to temperatures that concern humans.

Server side. Basically it means that the server is sending a huge amount of data to the player. Position updates for everything from bullets to players.

Xbox has the same focus. They have a 1TB NVMe drive in the machine. Add in 16GB of GDDR6 and you have a monster machine. Their I/O levels are a bit lower, but not so much that it would make that much of a difference. The biggest difference is going to be the more powerful GPU and the obscene amount of RAM.
