This is a vey big deal. California, Texas, and Florida are the 3 states with the largest K-12 student population. If they’re able to move the needle, other states will have a better bargaining chip.

Having worked at a McDonald’s in high school I can emphatically agree that fast food jobs are the worst........Except for the fact that, when I went on break, I would use the clamshell grill to make myself a fresh quarter pounder and I would lay French fries across it and actually press them into the patty.
