Interesting... this patent was filed on 7/6/14 and issued 4/19/16. NMS was first announced at E3 2014 6/10/14 which pre-dates the filing date. I wonder if NMS gets a pass on this one since they can show prior work.

Why don’t we treat the gun-control debate the same way we treat the abortion debate; that is, if you don’t have one then your opinion doesn’t matter.
