No, lucky Ford guys.
I have been going to my dealer for over 20yrs, their head of finance is friends with my dad, aunt and uncle, and my uncle used to work in their autobody shop. I STILL cant get away from markups with them.

New the GT350 are 60-62k, I’ve seen some into the 40's in my area now with sub 20k on them.
Good luck finding one for 60k. I’m thinking more of a 70-79k starting price.
Wish they made coupes.
That doesn’t really relate in anyway to what I said.
My point was that this is rated at ~340hp. The RA is already near that number, they make about 270 wheel, so this is likely just a tweaked or re-rated RA engine.
Did you miss the near 80ft-lbs more TQ?
Wonder if its faster on track than the Supra.
If I remember the Type RA also dynos higher than a normal STI. I would not be surprised if this is a RA engine with a few small ECU tweaks, but physically the same.
There will be some big apologies in a board room in Japan tonight.
Maybe not new, but they will trickle down just like the older GT500's and other Shelby’s ZL1's and Hellcats. Heck, Hellcats are alrady in the mid 40's, and 2016-17 ZL1's are lower 50's.
And the 370Z is supposed to be replaced soon with the VR30DDTT. They are 400HP(closer to 440) in the current Red Sport trim. It will probably get a power bump for the new Z.
I’ve yet to drive ANY car that I found the auto version more enjoyable. It’s almost as if there is a thing called “personal preference” or something.
Wouldnt the Hellcat Widebody Redeye be better suited for this as handling is required?
The fact you made this posts shows you dont get it.
I’m well aware that its costs money, but I also feel it gives 0 credibility to Toyota. To me it’s just them saying “well others do it better so we will just help fund, then re-badge their stuff.” Just like I would never buy a Mustang with a engine made by another company.
My biggest issues with Toyota is that they seem to have no idea how to restart the performance credibility they used to have. Both the new 86 and Supra were really built by others, they just badge stuff now. The closest thing to a performance car THEY have made is the Mark X which the US likely wont get, and I’m not…
BRZ 86
At least, the Type R and GT350 had 15-20K over some places.
Did you reach out to Knight Sports about remote tuning? I feel like a Mazda 2 with a few lbs of boost would be very fun.
Why would no one tune it?
