Huh?

Dude, if you're trying to say the humor of the show is anything like it was 15 years ago, we're not watching the same show. Even five or six years ago it felt different.

Ok, so clearly you got to the end of this, and your take-away is still "someone got offended"? No. There's a difference between "that episode was offensive" and "that episode just didn't work for me". The only thing that anyone has said was that the satire/execution/handling of topic didn't ring as effective to them.

Have you ever seen a bit in a show or movie about pan handlers and the struggle of whether or not to help them? Then its well-trodden. People feeling butt hurt about things other people said about them? Well-trodden. It literally takes a few moments to distill the message to its roots and review in your own mind

Dude, don't even feed them. This thread has gotten ridiculous. They're going in because there was something that didn't work for you and it worked for them and they've literally become the point of the episode.

I mean, I love a good social commentary, but the whimsy is absolutely GONE from this show. I feel like its getting awkward now. I've been watching it since I was the same age as the boys, and I've watched it just give way to complete social, political, and pop culture commentary.
