I’m guessing Worms is in the German equivalent of Florida or New Jersey.

Now playing

OH MY NONEXISTENT GOD! I admit I had to stare at that for a few minutes.

I tried a PSL last year and was surprised when it was actually good. But its fangirls should know you can get it year round. The bottle of petroleum distillate that gives it that flavor is always behind the counter.

I’d put a modern flat-4 engine and a modern either CVT or automatic transmission, and modern appliances in one. I’m thinking an induction cooktop, or just a microwave.

So Daihatsu made their own version of the Honda Element. I love it. Also, this guy should appear on the Grand Tour and get killed in some overly dramatic way.

All schools should be fully controlled and funded by the federal government. Except only after the current republican scourge has been purged from the federal government.

Looks like an evolutionary ancestor of my beloved Honda Element.

As long as we don’t start voting republican, I’m fine with my fellow millennials buying SUVs. But moving out to the suburbs is stupid. The suburbs were a bad idea when they were built and their an even worse idea now. They waste fuel, water, building materials, and space.

Unimogs seem to be available in automatic.

Has Mercedes followed through on their promise to improve the quality and reliability of their cars made back in the 00's?

LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!! I wish I could afford these.

Why haven’t the three idiots of Grand Tour ever played with Unimogs? 300 ft per hour is just James May’s speed.

I’m 6'1", so my head would stick up over the wind shield.

It just occurred to me that he might be afraid of AIs because they could replace executives like him and his peers. Executives are the most expensive employees of any business, and they arguably do the least work. Musk is an extreme outlier. Replacing all executives with AIs would massively cut overhead.

In retrospect, the 80's were the decade of “It seemed like a good idea at the time.” The 90's were the decade of “What the hell were we thinking?”. And the 00's are probably best memorialized by the phrase “For f&ck’s sake!”. So I don’t really understand why people are nostalgic for the 90's and 00's. Sure they were

It is also more important for the future of the human race than almost any other technology. If we’re going to meet our potential, we need entities as intelligent or more than us and millions of times faster.

Why don’t American cars use hydro-pneumatic suspension?

I want one, if I could put a modern automatic transmission, breaks, and a sound system with an aux jack in it.

How long can that camp stove be expected to work? With Trump in the White House, nuclear war is probably just around the corner. This stove could help keep some of the electronics age around after the end of the world.

Unfortunately the car no longer exists, but my Mom used to have this really nice Mercedes convertible. I don’t know the model, but it was a pale green with a gorgeous leather interior. For reasons unknown to me, my idiot dad stashed it in a non-climate controlled pole barn out in the middle of nowhere. The last time I
