i thought this was the best episode of the series by far. great story with great jokes.

jerry's abject loserdom shone so brightly i think he is the best character in the show - jokes at his expense were some of the best jokes in the first two seasons.

good story-telling as usual, but seemed light-on for jokes. i come for the jokes, i stay for the drama.

i'm just flat-out excited for this. haven't read the book in donkeys years, don't care how closely it (not intended) hews to it (not intended), it (not intended) just looks good and scary as fuck.

ha, i just finished reading this recently. not a bad debut - some pacing issues, definitely, but not bad. and of course, hollywood being a creatively bankrupt hole, i wondered idly 'wonder what a movie of this would look like?'
