Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles is ONLY open for commercial drivers and most of the weigh stations are open. If trucking is "essential" I would think inspections are too. ODOT is working too, on road repairs.

Better is rather subjective don't you think? I happen to disagree. and while I did find landscapes and seascapes painted in portrait mode an hour of googling and I have yet to find a single portrait painted in landscape mode unless it was a group of people.

Take your cues from words my well-meaning but misguided friend. Artists paint portraits in portrait mode and landscapes in landscape mode. Words! They mean things.
