He isn't confused about anything. Most headlights are aimed slightly to the side of the road. On a RHD car they would be slightly to the left, toward oncoming traffic. The crazy bright bulbs are another problem.

Well, sort of. In most areas of the US a vehicle is a necessity, just as housing is. As the cost for both goes up and wages stay flat, yeah.

What gets me is that someone wanted it enough to enter a contest to win it, and someone else wanted it bad enough to buy it but yet neither of them gave two fucks about it.
