Last I checked, Apple doesn’t and hasn’t defined fragmentation at all. Sites like this and others have and said Android fragmentation is because of all the forks on Android out there from each manufacturer. It has nothing to do with what version of the OS they have.

What? That isn’t fragmentation. If you’re afraid of fragmentation, then don’t switch to Android. That’s it’s biggest issue.
