Sure they’re are, I own a PC and don’t play games on the go, so the deck is redundant. I can play the Switch at home and let the kids play it on the go. I’ve more than gotten my moneys worth out of it.

The Switch is more portable than the Steam deck and its ability to drop in and out of the dock makes it more convenient. Also, the OLED screen is better. I have both and I play my Switch more because I have a PC for all my PC gaming and I would rather just play.......well actually I just use my Vita when I’m on the go.

Switch OLED screen is still nicer than the deck if the games play at roughly the same graphics settings between the two.

I thought everyone sounded great... idk why people are saying Chris sounds like Chris... he has a brooklyn accent in the small sample they shared. Pretty cool take on Mario. idk. The internet loves a dogpile. Gamers can’t be happy about anything. They decided before they even heard him.

You know what is shocking - a full refund on the hardware and the games. That is actually pretty impressive of Google to do that. I feel most companies would have just killed it and moved on. 

Solid list, but I think it’s worth mentioning that Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy V (and FF1-6) actually can’t be played on modern consoles. Mobile and PC, sure, but that’s it. Honestly it’s weird at this point that the Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters haven’t come to consoles yet, it looks like S-E put a lot of work…
