There is something called the “it” factor in sports. Certain teams and certain players have “it” while others just simply don’t. I love watching Ove play hockey and he is an insane talent, but he doesn’t seem to have the “it” factor and his team has followed suit. I know hockey is the ultimate team game, but at the

I admire this level of fandom. We need more of this kind of “support” in all professional sports.

I was thinking the ol’ fashioned dirty spitball. Or a knuckler. I get those two mixed up....

The amount of sense you continually make in this thread is truly top notch. Couldn’t agree more. To those saying they think it is demeaning to put the WNBA games before the NBA games, is it not demeaning to have the NBA subsidize your league to simply exist? There are 12 WNBA teams.... They had a little more than 10%

I was going to say the same thing... Crosby has had so many head injuries that I would sincerely consider hanging them up if I were him. He’s supremely talented and so much fun to watch, but at the end of the day, it’s a game and he has a lot of life ahead.

I respect the research and thought that has gone into this! I really do! And I’m not suggesting we stop searching for answers.... But the first thought of every household in the US just appears to be way too costly. Sure a large chunk of it could be paid for with things that are already in place (though I don’t know

Alright so if we can agree on the fact that it would be great to not have to worry about starving or being homeless, how do you factor in cost of real estate, inflation, and other economical issues that vary from city to city? If I live in New York City, do I get several thousand dollars a month to play with and

I actually don’t have a horse in this race. I do, however, have a CDL and have driven in the past. I’m no where close to the industry now, but my point is that driving a truck requires a TON of human instinct and human judgement. If you haven’t driven a 55 ft trailer, I wouldn’t expect you to understand it.

LOL why would anyone take risks if they get paid the same either way? Capitalism drives creativity. It allows the hungriest people to thrive. What you just described is a socialist state that would absolutely KILL entrepreneurship and creativity. Removing the financial incentive would destroy capitalism.

Everyone here is saying “this is mostly for cross-country trucking” which is hilarious. Because the truck doesn’t just stay on a continued loop. It still has to deliver the product to a warehouse and unload to a dock. So what are they going to do? Have the trucks get all the way to the location, then have someone hop

No.... You can’t fix that with well-placed sensors. All of those details are judgement calls and based on communications between driver and dock worker. This 5 year statement in the article is seriously hilarious. Meanwhile, Uber has already shut down their self-driving car program for the time being for an accident

Haha dude seriously.... Eat a snickers or something. You have to be an absolutely miserable person to be around. Enjoy the remainder of your miserable days on this earth, “Cletus”.

EA Sports frantically runs back to the drawing board.....

Lol I didn’t even vote for the dude you prick. I’m simply here to point out what a pretentious, hypocritical douche bag you are. Try to reduce the sodium man.... You’re a little too salty.

Dude.... Twitter, the Huffington Post and Al Jazeera? Whew.... You brought the truth. Maybe I should respond with a link to a FOX News article to prove some counter points. Have you thought about the fact that ten thousand people voted for Harambe? A DEAD FUCKING GORILLA. TEN THOUSAND VOTES!!! The issue is that people

Also, your hand on a hot stove comparison is not relevant.... I’m pretty sure the people who voted for him are happy about the moves he’s making at this point in time. Point me to a huge group of Trump voters who are complaining about their burnt hands, please.

Haha I just hope you realize you’re doing the exact generalizations that everyone hates Trump for. Your “all Trump voters are the enemy” attitude is, once again, a perfect example of why our country is so divided. The hypocrisy is truly baffling.

So what would your definition of “educated” be? Political Science? Communications? Liberal Arts? I never promised to introduce you to anyone. I told you to step out of your box. The funny thing is.... I could list 20 highly educated people right now who voted for him. I could list their names, phone numbers, degrees

First of all, thank you for actually making a discussion out of this rather than just saying “fuck the right” like most people on here do. And I’m totally with you. I didn’t vote for the guy. Couldn’t bring myself to do it. I agree with some of his ideas and think he might be able to do some good economically, but I

Hell yes it is! Strongmen contests are no joke. Dudes are freakishly strong. Just unreal that these morons were able to book SEVEN morning shows without showing anyone anything! Hahaha
