Funny thing around my area with the high beams. If the police see you not turning them off they pull you to either give you a warning and/or check for DUI. Lots of drunk drivers late at night in the area and high beams on is a good indicator.

This should be number one.... I hope I never have to deal with something like this. I have had some instances where I almost had to use my first aid training but luckily never had. Good thing is after you have taken first aid training enough when you do need it it all comes back in a flash.
