Ok yeah have them drive it when its cold and then warm. Mine was very different in those circumstances. Also make sure they do the fluid as the factory states with the re-adaptation afterwards. Mine was ok for a few days after the 80k change but was back to its same old self within a week..

How many miles on your Audi and have you done your 40k DSG fluid changes? Did my fluid changes at 40k then again at 80k. At 84k I took it back in for some shifting issues with reverse and into second from third. Got a great tech who ran a ton of tests on it. Drove it while cold and warm and found some strange issues…
