Sounds like they failed to estimate scope and overpromised. Classic case of a project manager making promises that the development team has to meet no matter how unrealistic.

It is a good looking bike. I don’t know what motor but I assume it will be 1k+ and heavy as balls. I also hope the suspension is actually made for riding vs the standard “these-forks-work-best-if-you-are-over-250lbs”

I don’t know this market well so please forgive me. Have you looked at Specialized and Trek? They have a few e-bike models from commuter to downhill. I know the stumpjumper range does allow for fenders too.

Hell yeah! This was through carmax, but it was the only one I could find with AC seats and it also has brown interior which was a plus.

I just purchased one. 2019 top trim with 7k miles. Hell of a deal over new.
