The cynic in me says it’s not about ensuring teens learn. The system in America is purposely set up to grind them down so that only a few survive and thrive in the end. To prepare them for what it’s like in our adult world. lol

It’s definitely both. Being a dumb ass and doing donuts where a lot people are surrounding you and not giving much room is stupid on the driver’s part. Being so close to a car doing donuts in a small area is stupid on the crowds part. This whole thing is beyond dumb and gives car enthusiasts a bad reputation.

This is not cars and coffee. This is people fucking around and breaking the law.
