Remember when we used to care about Captain Lance's health? After this episode, I'm surprised his heart didn't explode. It did get a mention though, but still.

Tonight's quote for me will be "Cool times, great oldies".
I can see myself saying this. Drunk, obviously.

Is it? Maybe I was too tired when I watched it last night, but I went to bed thinking I may drop it. I didn't completely hate the episode, but it was not good. It was so full of clunky exposition and needless dialogue and OH MY GOD WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE GUY THAT PLAYS WELLER. I think I'll definitely drop it and

Same here, I feel like there's no way this doesn't end up in an unsatisfying way.

But Corey Stoll already died in Islamabad! Beaten to death, if I recall correctly.

I've watched it! Actually, my search for horror movies directed by women started when I got the chance to watch The Babadook and A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night earlier this year in the same week.
It made me think about how the genre is perceived and constructed when a woman is behind the camera… I have a very long

I also enjoyed Jennifer's Body, for the reasons you mentioned, and had no idea that Honeymoon was directed by a woman, even though I did watch it a couple months ago. Near Dark is incredibly silly, and yet, I enjoyed the performances and the story more than I should (young Adrian Pasdar is a plus). American Mary is on

Words cannot explain how much I hated this game. After every encounter with Jason I would get the message "You win… For now", but I feel like I never really finished this stupid game.

Question for the horror-inclined: I've watched both Trouble Every Day and The Babadook, and loved both for very different reasons, but what would you say are the best horror movies directed by women out there? Genuine question from someone who never explored the horror genre in depth but it's trying to change that!

I said that :(

I think of it as a sign that there's something wrong with me, but I also watched the last two seasons and I just know I'll watch this one. Also, I blame Famke Janssen and my inability to get over my crush on her that leads me to watch her wherever she shows up.

I still think it may have something to do with the difference between a one-off thing (as in, something you need to present at a specific time and never again) and something you have to apply to a person who will have to use it for hours at a time, several times a week.

I never watched Face Off (I just googled some pictures though), but I'm guessing there are time and budget restrictions when it comes to creating the make-up for a character that needs to appear semi-regularly and move around, and that's different to creating a one-off thing in a reality competition? Anyway, I agree

If they manage to shoot Ward every time he crosses paths with anyone from the team, I'll be happy. It feels like pretty much everyone has earned the right to shoot him at least once.

That was such a FitzSimmons moment, It was like a throwback to what they were at the beginning of the series, when they were together all the time and kept finishing each other thoughts and sentences.

I didn't appreciate that comment all that much though. Bobbi was worried Hunter was in danger of you know, dying, and Fitz was upset because Jemma isn't automatically sharing everything with him. I love Fitz too though, and I can't wait to see him and Jemma working together again on the portal,

I kind of loved it.

I agree with most of the points, and yes, it's still relevant; you can't not sing along to any of the singles from that album (personally, I think my favorite would be Excuse Me Mr.)
However, my first experience with the band came from Return Of Saturn, so that's the album that will be forever relevant to me.

I think the core of the show's still there, so I mostly agree with the reviewer. Also, I rewatched the first season last week with a friend and remembered why I'm watching this show in the first place, so I can't help but still be a little hopeful.

Totally. I mean, I admit I turn off my brain sometimes when watching TV at night, but when I think about Daisy's training in Afterlife I only remember the scene when she kind of moves some rocks on a mountain, and not much else. I guess we are at a point were even though it feels unearned, her new role as the
