Mechanically it feels pretty solid for a small indie team. My favorite part is being able to tweak your bike to the right or left side, as opposed to only being able to rotate like older BMX games. You can fly over jumps and get those really close calls where you tweak your bike so you just barely scrap over a hill,

Yeah, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you get your hands on Descenders! I’m pretty nit-picky with my games, and something with how all the mechanics work together, along with the feel is just right. I ended up playing all weekend when it was in beta! The procedural generation makes a lot of really fun

I think the travesty of BMX XXX pretty much killed them off...

You have problems if completing video game quests gives you a “sense of satisfaction”. Also, you don’t go to trainers in WoW anymore, you just automatically learn the spells.

Agree with you there, but it’s a pretty big feature to cut. I’ve heard multiplayer too often about this game, but the way it is it went from unlikely multiplayer to enhanced singleplayer a la Dark Souls. Nothing wrong with that, but the messaging was a bit wrong. It could’ve been mostly the community’s doing though as

I dunno anything about the back end of this game, but with thousands of players in-game at once, I would expect, like any MMO, there would be instanced universes where a set number of people are in. Since you can’t manually choose that instance, and let’s say that 50 people can occupy 1 instance, there is indeed

Huh this sounds more to be like a resolution upgrade rather than a top down engine overhaul with SC2's engine.

I would love for them to remake WC3 with new 3D models. Something close to the quality of the hero models from HotS would be nice.

When your release schedule is an unmitigated disaster like Destiny’s, I don’t blame any of them. Good for these guys being able to actually release something, unlike Bungie, who took eight months to release something that WoW typically puts out on a monthly basis.
